Track Chain Technical Information
A track chain is part of a crawler undercarriage system. It should be evaluated together with sprocket engagement, links, pins, bushings, shoes, rollers and idlers.
System Anatomy
Links
The link bodies form the main tensile path and provide the rail geometry that travels over the undercarriage.
Pins & Bushings
Pins connect adjacent links and bushings form a joint/interface that articulates as the chain travels around the system.
Sprocket Interface
The drive sprocket transfers torque by engaging the chain. Pitch and engagement geometry must be matched.

Inspection Focus
During maintenance, compare both sides of the machine and look for abnormal joint movement, visible bushing wear, damaged links, shoe looseness, irregular sprocket engagement and contamination that could accelerate wear. Use the equipment maker’s service limits when available; this website does not publish substitute condemnation limits.
Technical Data Boundary
This release intentionally does not publish model-level pitch, hardness, tensile capacity, pin diameter, bushing diameter or heat-treatment values because no verified Ever-power table was supplied. Those fields are captured during RFQ and should be confirmed by drawing or approved technical documentation before production.
